The second was I was moving helping move a 150lb bacteria incubator onto a 4.5' table with wheels. One of my coworkers didn't lock the wheels like he should have. When the three of us tried to set two of the feet on the table to readjust our grip, the table rolled and the incubator began to tip over toward me and it was going to force me to loose my balance and fall under it. Fortunately my other coworker had great reflexes and manage to get a hand under it and allow me to reposition to keep it from crushing my chest.
The handcuffs were just me playing around with a pair a friend owned. Although, I will admit I'd like to own a pair myself at some point... for reasons.
