Do they have any cards with max stats? Aquin would fit that bill. If this is what i think it is, my character would represent a field nuke type skill.

Well that is what a field nuke does. Yu Gi Oh has a few of those. You have to do a few things and get lucky in order to get the right cards to use it though.
