Lucid Dreaming?
I've recently started reading up more on lucid dreaming, and tips to help with lucid dreaming and was wondering if any of you guys practice it? Or have had experiences with it and advice as well? I'm probably going to start a dream journal and performing reality checks so it'll form a habit in the dream world too, but was wondering on any other tips? As well as have any of you guys experienced sleep paralysis? Super curious. ^^

Well, I know this stuff all too well. I have practiced Lucid dreaming anf have astral projected a few times. Lucid dreaming is amazing but is kinda diffrent for everyone. The way that helped me the most was. Dream journal, and if you put a mark or something on your hanf and look down at it like every ten min it can regester that into your mind and you will do it subconsiously and then know your dreaming. Honestly though meditation with binural beats helps alot. Look up Paul Santisi. He has alot of recordings and other this for lucid dreaming and astral projection. All of which is helpful and cool. As far as sleep paralysis. I have had it probably 12 times.

Thanks a bunch for this. ^^ Hopefully it'll help me with me as well.. For you, is sleep paralysis something to dread? Because I know sometimes it can be different for everyone.

Personally yes... Because when you have sleep paralysis you are in a hypnogognic state and in that state you can like see things that are not there. I have had alot of scary experiences with it. But dont let that worry you. Its not what happens to everyone and you can always tell yourself its not real. But seriously though Paul Santisi helped me alot. Check out his youtube videos and stuff
