well after some tests found out I have some kind of hernia (ulcer) and a fatty liver will need to lose weight aside from that I am pretty good.
I also want ask where you my viewing audience gets their freeware (including anti stuff) so I can get things like comicrack and not depend on filehippo for things.
found out from Cracked I am not as dumb as I thought I was (reasons your it guy hates you) though I still feel pretty old and have been pretty tired of late windows 8.1 is annoying and after a few hrs runs pretty warm may need cooling pad.

If you don't need you PC for specific windows programs you can run a Linux distro. Put it on a cd or flash drive us a program call Pendrive Linux which is free to get the distro on a flash drive. Most linux distros are free like Ubuntu and mint. They are simple to use and you don't need to install them on to your machine since they run on your flash drive. It's a handy tool to fix and trouble shoot and repair PCs since Pendrive Linux has links to antivirus tools that you can add to the flash drive.
