Comission Terms of Service

-I will do my best to provide high quality artwork.
-Commissioned artwork will not be started until at least half of the payment is received, after a sketch has been approved by the client to be painted, I will require the remaining amount if full payment wasn't done upfront.
-Payment will be done through paypal only
-Commission slots can be reserved without any payment upfront.
-Waiting time for commissions may vary, since I will try get the best results I may take some extra time working on it.
-You will receive up to three sketches before proceeding with the commissioned work, keep in mind that the number of sketches depend on the subject and theme of the commission, if I only show you one is because I think it's the best one by far, if I show you more it's because I think the sketches are equally good.
-When I finish a commission I will upload it to FA* in a FA size friendly format (around 800-1200 pixels) you can ask me for a high-res jpg (around 2000-3500) and I will send it to you by email.
-There are no hard rules about what you can't commission, I'm very comfortable doing NSFW artwork and a variety of fetishes, most of the times I will be at least willing to discuss any type of content/fetish.
-I reserve the right to use the commissioned artwork for any purposes, personal, commercial, or otherwise unless previously discussed*
*If you require a private commission/ want discretion or ask for artwork that can't be uploaded to FA you will need to tell me in advance*
-If the artwork needs to be done quickly by a certain deadline, a rush fee of (40%) of the price will be charged.
-A client can post artwork they commissioned from me anywhere as long as I'm given credit for the piece.
-Refunds are only provided at my discretion, and as long as the artwork hasn't been started.
-Artwork commissioned can't be used for commercial proposes or mass reproduction in a printed format unless previously discussed.
-The client is not allowed to Alter or change in any way the finished work or the sketches received as part of the commission, if an edit is required it will be discussed and I may charge an additional fee.
-If I missed something that is in the brief/ reference or was specified by the client I will provide the changes to the finished work without any additional fees.
