Need help with my PC now

My computer keeps restarting in 10 minutes if i play something or stress test my GPU with FurMark.

Intel Core 2 Quad Q8300 2.5ghz
Two 2 GB Kingstons RAM (4GB overall)
530W Modecom MC Carbon PSU
Club 3D Nvidia GTX 550Ti 3GB
Windows 8
Could this be that my PSU is broken?
