There were plenty of things, but I seem to gravitate towards 101 Dalmatians and the character Patch. XD Vector back then was a nameless character I have had in my end when the movie came out in the 90's. It slowly grew, and then Road Rovers came along to heightened the evolution. Then some Crash Bandicoot fanfiction kicked in as well, and landed on the name Vector. So yeah, my fursona started out as a Crash Bandicoot character. XD

I blame Renamon from Digimon Season 3 completely and utterly.

Let's say that in my case this fandom is the last resort for put my art and works. I don't think that (were)wolves are demons so horror/gore and metal heads are not suitable for me. Neither silly romance paranormal groups like teen wolf or twilight. Or worst people to take this too serious for made a religion or cult based in werewolves.

Also this is place is not so friendly as the informercial tv shows says so. But well I don't complain, at least somebody look around more often than in DA and is more clean of otakus. But well I don't feel part of this in the end.

OI! XD Chip & Dale were AWESOMES in their prime! And i'm not talking about Rescue Rangers XP i'm talkin' about the classic cartoons, which should be watched because nobody cannot beat the classics~ <3 *basks in his Nostalgia....then shakes it off* XP lol. As for me...honestly? I kinda fell into it myself, though what REALLY kicked it in for me was Godzilla (Orignal Cartoon and movies)...and around 2002 i stumbled upon Rogue The Macro Wolf's website, so thanks to him I was given the big shove into the furry world X3 both normal and macros, hehe~ And I loved it since. <3

Oh and Disney's Robin Hood? Freaken LOVE that movie <3 *fistbumps Muddy in agreement~*

I stumbled across whilst looking about at bodybuilder pictures.

Disney's cartoons were the ones that got me into the fandom. As for dragons, I'll have to thank Dragonheart for that. That and Bahamut from FF7. X3

And DNA's works is what REALLY got me into massive macros, especially massive dragons. =3

Well to be honest I had double the inspiration for both me joining the fandom as well as ending up a fox. Disney's Robin Hood was and still is one of my cherished VHS tapes of my childhood, combined with the fact I was able to play with fox kits on a weekly basis at one point on a preserve. I'd have to say combined with Looney Toons making me used to anthro animals as well as things like the original TMNT and Street Sharks had me well into anthro's before I knew furries existed.

Different cartoons that had muscle growth into it and weight gain.

I remember when I barely started school, I was watching a cartoon with a growing dinosaur every time it was eating.
That was most likely the start of my interests into growths in many ways.
As I matured it slowly went into breast expansion.
Later on during my time at senior high school, I also got interested into muscle growth.

Thanks to all those three scenarios I got a great interest for tall, curvy and strong women.

When it comes to my equal interest into fur, was slowly developing as I became a member here, because of more variations of fetishes here.

A friend of mine stumbled across : ebonyleopard: 's Artica character and I followed that into finding his comic, and it kinda snowballed (haha) from there.

all because of lion king, that dang most grossed animated Disney picture!
But several other factors that helped me were usuall Sunday cartoons + Digimon + a random video on YouTube showing me some cute pairings.
