Snuff Carnival RP Games

So been in the mood for some of these but not coming up with a lot of ideas on my own.
Basically want to play competitive RP games with other furs relating to sexual snuff. (Snuff either by the game mechanic itself or a "to the victor goes the spoils" attitude toward the loser)
A friend and I have come up with a bow/dildo-arrow game and a buzz-wire impalement game but I'm looking for more ideas.

Well, there's the old favorite of the dunking booth that drowns you. Beachfox drew that a long time ago. Hmm, and carnivals have that thing where you get into a glass booth and try to grab money as it blows all around. Something like that but with gas, or maybe you being coated and sealed up by some substance.
A test-your strength challenge where someone's beheaded? (I think Beachfox drew that one too)
Any sort of guessing game where guessing wrong equals death. Or, hmm, a boy tied spread-eagled to a big spinning wheel of colors. Players have to guess which color is going to...do something fatal to him, I'm not sure what.
A racing game where players shoot at a target or some such to make their little cars move. However, behind the cars is an advancing electrical wire, and if a car falls behind and gets zapped, so does its player.
The hangman game (word guessing) taken literally. If you run out of tries, you hang.
Struggle on a rollercoaster: The two participants go on a rollercoaster, and suddenly in mid-flight, the protective bars are released. The two then fight with each other, trying to throw the other out of the rollercoaster.
A wrestling match to the death. This could be either with deadly weapons or with bare hands (and no strikes barred). In the latter case, it would be quite likely that the losing party becomes incapacitated without getting killed. In this case the referee would order the winner to execute the loser (the method would be the winner's choice) before his victory is declared.
For the buzz-wire game, it started off as it was something like: 0-5 you hit the wire and go backwards a point, 6-10 you don't make any progress, 11-15 you made 1 point of progress, and 16-20 you made 2 points of progress. It was up to 20 points or so and as you progressed, the shaft inside the opponent moved a little deeper. When a player reached 20 (the end of the wire) the opponent's shaft would impale them and release the winner.
For the Arrow game, two players faced off across a distance. One would be bound bent-over and held in place by magnetic restraints so that their tailhole was accessible and the other player would try and shoot so that the dildo would go in. We ended up changing the result table to something like 0-10 was a miss, 11-15 you hit a tender spot and your opponent takes -2 on their next shot, and 16-20 was a success. In that one, I think the winner got control of the bondage of the loser and was allowed to do whatever to the loser.
Had a friennd with a weird idea where two get bent over guillotines with a well lubed toy up the butt. First to have it slip out loses their head.
Snuff poker.
Rock paper scissors can lead itself well, but rps poorly.
And the classic be pawed or vibrator. First to cum loses their life.
Snuff poker would be interesting, but I'm looking for more build-up, though it would probably work if you had a group playing. Though I'm not sure how you'd roleplay that without actually playing poker.
