Need help about Streaming please!

I planned to do a streaming today... But sadly, I have to cancel it because... Well... I got a problem... >_>
I tried to use LiveStream Procaster and I was thinking to play a game which is on full screen. Unfortunetaly, I can't see the chatroom when I do that and it will be such a pain to switch between playing and chatting with people around... So, I need to figure how to do that. Or I use another program.
This game seems to support Twitch TV though, so I might switch to that. Yet, I never used Twitch TV before, so, I don't know how it works.
Anyway... All I need is... Playing a game full screen, seeing the chat, and being able to type and reply there. Does anyone can help me how to solve this problem please? Pretty please?

Here's at least a program with which you can stream into both TwitchTV (though I do remind that you can only and only stream games there, rarely something like modelling and programming is allowed ) and Livestream.com (remember the upload limit though, which is 500 kbps). Check it out
