Well... that was a thing.... (free art)

With the end of the semester upon me (and finals finished) I am beset with the threat of growing wildfires in the S.CA area. For the past few days, 9 fires raged in adjacent neighborhoods, but never so close to me as to warrant evacuation. For now, they seem to have died down, as there is only scarce evidence of smoke on the horizon.
In lighter news: Summer! I'll be a happy snowman. Now is the time to push my limits and see what I can do. For the first time in forever, I feel the need to improve myself. More drawing, more writing, more working out, just... more productivity. I must set high goals for myself to become great. So, time to swing 'em low and pendulous and open up some sketchmissions.

Maybe since you mentioned the fires and smoke, him carrying an animal or two out of a fiery/smoky forest or grassy area.
