Head of Public Relations: Versatile? Enjoy social networks? A quick learner? Creative? Good with words? A grammar nazi to the nth degree? Able to deal with people with varying personalities and "read" them? Then we want to talk to you! This position does require a lot of time and a TON of communication! Not only with us, but also with the general public, LittlePa.ws members, and maybe even the press some day! You will be in charge of our social network presences, advertisements, pursuing partnerships with comparable entities, promoting brand identity, and all sorts of other fun stuff! Best of all, you're an executive! So that means you get to shape the website, its future, be our face to the public, and even hire people to help you get your job done!

Our Staff Philosophy

Always be yourself! Only you can be you!

Be open minded! It's not very fair if you can be yourself if not everyone else can't be as well! As such, you must never allow personal biases or opinions to cloud your judgement.

Cooperate with others! This way we can always give people second chances! Sometimes this is easier said than done, and there's never any harm in passing something off to someone else for a little bit if you think you can't deal with something rationally.

Don't forget that everyone has a right to privacy! You should never spread something someone told you in trust unless it's potentially dangerous or unlawful!

Everyone needs a shoulder to lean on! Be the heart that someone needs. Even if a problem may not seem very big to you, it's very big to them!

Forget about the negatives! Believe in being positive and never saying no! We believe in using creativity in a plethora of ways, especially in regards to this!

Go for the golden rule! Always use your manners and treat others as you want to be treated!

Have a heart for mistakes! Nobody that joins LittlePa.ws, whether a staff member or a regular member, isn't human (at least physically.) We all all have bad days, say things wrong, or mess up in impossibly large ways. You must always be willing to forgive and work together with others, as much as is reasonably possible, to allow them to be a part of the community with their heads held high (even if a little time out is necessary)!

Inequality doesn't work! Never show preferential treatment to friends, popular members/artists, or other staff members. Also, never treat strangers, people you don't like, or people you don't share interests with any differently than anyone else!
