I'm looking at writing compitions out of kicks, and a lot of them are free! Unfortunately, all their subbmission dats are also a long ass time away(although that could be a good thing). For kicks, and to see how I stack up against everyone else I'm going to be entering in to numerous writing compitions(many of which offer prize money and on option to be published); I don't expect to win or even place, but one thing that kyell said was to build an audience and to enter various compitions. Also, when something is free and has a chance to pay anywhere from 100-2500 dollars along with possibly being published, it's too good to pass up. There's a compition ending the may 31 and imma take Blood Panda, rip it apart, put it back together,and submit it. There's another one later this year that I may use "thoughts of a drunk furry," but chances are I'll make something new for that. Lets see how it goes and hopefully I can work my way up to being victor some day!
