I Have been thinking, as I sit here, catching up on commissions I owed from too long ago. How can I fix my inability to deliver material in a timely manner? Well then I noticed something alot of other artists are doing.
Option 1 is I auction my art, a sort of "Pay what you want" deal. and I do that until I get into a rhythm and can provide art in a timely manner.
Another idea, is to speed up my turnout, I offer Your Character Here commissions. so people aren't waiting as long because all I do is translate their character into the Image that is already pre made in advance.
maybe I can mix the two ideas?
Please share feedback and ideas and such. I really want to please my customers, meaning you guys. the last thing I want is to mess up again.
