Snow. Always. Forever. I love snow.
Rain is nice too. Good for taking walks in, since people tend to stay out of the rain.

That's true...but also in the sunlight, the snow can look super-pretty with all the rainbowed hues sparkling on it. It's better to look at it from indoors, where you can protect your eyes better.
