Commission status / paypal alternative and HQ flash download

I'll close my commissions for a while, at least for the next 3-4 months or more, this decision is mostly related to the issues I had with Paypal, but not only.
I shouldn't have any problems if I continue to get commissions payments though it, the issues I had recently were mostly due to the very large amount of payments I got in a very short time. After all, I've been using it for 8+ years and I had no problems until now. They told me that I could continue to use paypal normally in the future.
Now I’ll just finish the already-paid (partially or fully) commissions, and also I need some time to work on
furnalequinox stuff too. A short break can’t be a bad thing!

If you're interested, it's still possible to discuss about commission prices for later, and I will respond to the notes I got regarding commissions ASAP, please be patient! If you think that I forgot you, feel free to remind me.
For now, I'll not add anymore people in my commission list, I'll make an announcement as soon as I'm open again, but it won't be before I finish the 3 commissions above. Thanks for your understanding !
Otherwise, I'm trying some alternatives to Paypal :
- I opened a Skrill account : https://www.skrill.com/en/home/ It seems to have the same features as Paypal
- for costumers from EU : I can accept SEPA direct bank transfer if needed
Google wallet looked like a good alternative until I found out that it wasn't working oustide the USA, it will not even work for US costumers since I'm not in the US myself.
But now I must be careful, because Skrill doesn't allow transactions related to porn stuff neither, but it should be fine if I do not provide too much information and if I don't get too many transactions, and I could also have some issues with my bank if I get too many transfers from foreign customers.
Feel free to contact me again if you're interested to purchase the HQ flash archive using one of the solution above.

idea: cut back on payment traffic by only allowing 1/7 of your buyers to buy at any given time. maybe by first letter of the username?

And I do agree with you on the latter half, that most people would see what is drawn here as taboo, and I can honestly see why they think that. I can also understand why they wouldn't want to be associated with it x3
I think what caused all this trouble with Paypal was the cub art issue that took place (long before I joined) where Paypal threatened to pull support from FA if they didn't remove it.
Honestly, its all bullshit in the long run since they allow porn to begin with on Ebay and, again, Ebay owns paypal, so paypal has nothing against porn. At least for some sites that is.
Why does eBay have an exemption? Because they own PayPal.
And you don't have to reiterate what has already been confirmed about Paypal being owned by Ebay. That has been covered at least 20ish times already through multiple journals.
As for why there are people/sites selling erotic materials using PayPal: They just haven't be caught yet, some even do it knowing that their account is going to be shut down within a few months and they make a point to get all the money out as fast as possible.
Furthermore, even if we were to assume that PayPal is giving dA special treatment it does not change the fact that PayPal isn't specifically targeting FA.
So I wouldn't consider it bias.
Note that, when it comes to this kind of thing, having observer bias is an inescapable problem for any single observer. For you, issues with porn and PayPal for (people on) sites other than FA are black swans.
It really would help if you read past the first sentence.

Then get the response: "Well, I have seen X so your conclusion is probably false."
Continuing to reiterate "I haven't seen X" in defence of your conclusion carries with it the implication that you are rejecting X.
If you only wanted to say that you, personally, hadn't seen it you should have stopped there.
have you thought about accepting crypto currencies as payment? i know its not the best thing, and it kind of takes a bit of reading and understanding to get into plus getting actual molla on your wallet might be a bit complex too.
BUT its private AS FUCK and no one will ever bother you for what you do with it, unless your country goes full tard and starts legislating it like some countries have done
you could charge a little extra like, +10% or 15% your normal price if paid with bit/litecoins for accepting commissions paid with cryptos to cover for possible lowering of value (since prices fluctuate all the time).
just thought i should throw the idea out there.
