Hello everyone. Me and my business partner are starting a fursuit making company "JaMM Creations" but first we need practice and examples of our work. For the first 3 partial suit commissions we will be starting $450 (depending on colors and complexity it may rise). payments:
If commissioning us you must pay upfront 1/3 of the price as a non-refundable deposit (for the first 3 it is 1/2).
If you cannot pay in full by 2 month after the compleation we will sell the suit on FurBuy.COM
Shipping: If you are local to the Omaha, NE metro this does not apply
Shipping will be determined on a customer by customer basis (we will ship internationally, but I dont trust that much international shipping{bad past with them})
If you will be attending a convention that i am attending there will be no need to pay for shipping.
Refunds:
If there is damage to the fursuit do to shipping (with picture describing what damage there is) we will pay for return shipping and hopefully repair the suit or if you dont wont the damaged suit we will refund you 2/3 (1/2) of the price.
If you cannot continue payments we will refund you 2/3 (1/2) and sell it on Furbuy
Repairs:
if after you received a part falls off or stitching loosens you may ship it back to us and we will repair any problems for a fee
We will not repair if the suit has been modified in any way
