Hm. I guess it depends on what of "multi" refers to. If it refers to duplicated aspects of a given entity, then the example mentioned would not fit. But if its referring to multiple entities contained in the same body with limited ability to act independently, then the example could fit. But extending the definition like that could mean that a otherwise normal looking entity with multiple manifested personas with control of separate body-parts could also qualify, and I think that's extending the definition too far.

I agree with this. I can see chimera being multi but it's not the sense of multifurry which is more easily described by the group's icon. It seems that multi-furry is "more than the usual number of parts". Though it wouldn't count for snake anthros just 'cause they now have legs and arms lol

If you're wanting something that is what you're really looking for, try going for a conjoined pair (or more). I once RP'd with someone else using the same character. A gator and ... an avian species I can't recall... joined at the waist. Two torsos complete with their own arms. One was male, the other female.
