For those who I know very closely and chat me up the moment my laptop enters a wifi hotspot, you all already know what's going on with me and why I've been off radar for quite some time. For those of you who haven't... enjoy this little excerpt:

Basically, life kinda went through a bit of an upheaval after I left my Dad's place in January. Most already know this. More like I got thrown out, but whatever. Since then, I had been staying with some work friends of mine up until about two months ago, where things kinda destabilized and I found myself moving with them into one of their relatives'. Then, for a month, we stayed there. I paid my dues. They did not. So, said work friends got the boot, but I was welcomed to stay, with high praise as to my ability to actually treat a place with proper respect. As a result of the missing rent that my work friends never paid, our internet got cut off, and a bunch of other bills have been borderline.

That being said, I was trying to start to help them out with it, but between a sinus infection, two citations by Chambersburg and Gettysburg police departments stopping me for an expired inspection sticker on my vehicle, and getting said vehicle fixed to turn a subsequent failed inspection into a passing one, my money has all but been dried up just trying to upkeep all this. I was trying, when things were stable, to look into an apartment with a close furfriend of mine, and finally have a pad to call our own.... but considering the above, that just was not possible with my current, and meager-paying line of work.

So.... while I've been getting things knocked out one by one, this is likely to head into, at least, a few more weeks, or possibly a month of radio silence. But once everything's taken care of, and the cable bill is caught back up to speed, I will be making a return.... and I will try to churn up some story chapters for you all to enjoy a good read with.

So, for those who have been with me when I can hijack wifi from a public place and helped me to vent out my pressures and frustrations..... thank you. For everything. I will be back, eventually. And things WILL get better.

Or so, I could hope.
