I go for long stretches of not logging on to FA, and I'll often come back after a month or three and see a bunch of "watch removed by user" or "favorite removed by user" notices - not a whole lot, but like maybe 2 per page of notices.
Because it doesn't give you any information (who was the user? what did they favorite?) I get obsessed wondering what made them change their mind XD I'm not offended, and I definitely don't take it personally, but it's like this nagging mystery I'll never know the answer to.
It just makes me imagine tons of elaborate explanations - maybe they had the wrong idea about what I draw, maybe they're horrified by something I drew after they watched me; maybe they got drunk and thought I was awesome, then they sobered up and changed their mind XD Maybe they just cleared all the porn out of their favorites list because their mom found their FA... Maybe they're just like "I like this guy's sketches, but is he EVER going to FINISH a drawing?"
I wish I could ask all the people who stopped watching me what happened; not to guilt them or attack them or anything, but just because I'm really, really curious. But the very fact they've stopped watching means they'll never see this journal...

Other wise, I only unwatch people if it turns out they are jerks or making constant unnessary drama or excessively negative journals
I hadn't heard about the watchbot thing... that would explain things, but I'm almost disappointed in that as an explanation XD I'd kinda hoped it was something more interesting, like they'd gotten really turned off by all the rimming I draw.
i was gone for about a week and came back to... 5 removed watches! it was really weird, but i think they might have been bot accounts that were later removed by admins.
also: glad to see you uploading some new art! :D
