Moreover, checking yoru F-list, Butt growth is also I can do
I'd most likely do the anthro since I'm still bad with human drawing
But, if you would rather do general, it could be one of the characters with fur, since that would look more normal as "barbie doll" / no bits.
Up to you if you do butt growth in addition, 'but' (hah) if it's easier to draw, just breast growth is good. :3
Also if you can do the same expression as in the fetish reference ( http://imgur.com/51Ut6Gs ), that'd be awesome!

Would love to see this sona (a pretty thin black fox, with a few golden streaks here and there to simplify xD) lying down, inflating with air while he rubs his belly with one hand and strokes himself with the other, shooting his load all over his belly :3 And I'd love the inflation to stay realistic, like his belly reaching the size of a basketball or a bit bigger, but no parade blimp x3

I was thinking (if you're interested) you could draw my dragon form just like this (now old) scene from one of Disney's cartoons. It's American Dragon: Jake Long [The Egg], but I'd like him without all the peanut butter, and a smile on his face as if he was satisfyingly stuffed.
