COMMISSIONS OPEN SOON! (plz read)

Alright guys, there are only three commissions left so commissions will be open soon! However, there are a few thing I'd like to change before that.
For those that didn't know, I've been receiving multiple complains about the commissions list filling too fast, and it's true. I know some of you are not online 24/7 so I have to make sure that it doesn't fill in like 30 minutes :S It may sound cool at first, having all 10 slots full in like 30 minutes, and it actually was pretty cool at first, but now it's starting to get a bit annoying :/ (not because of the pics but because of all the people complaining about something that is true :P).
Well, I finally came up with a solution that may not be the best but it will do for now. I'm going to try to explain it without sounding like a dick XD I've noticed that many artists are a lot more expensive than me and maybe their skill (in my opinion) is not that much better and they still get a lot of commissions. I don't know, maybe it's their popularity or something but what this made me realize is that my prices are actually pretty low and I think my art is worth more than that.
So in conclusion, I'm going to put my prices up and hopefully the list won't fill up that fast and people will have more time to get a slot. Maybe I get less amount of commissions and if that's the case at least I'll have more time to work on my personal projects like animations and such :)

If you are going to use someone else's OC, make sure you have the owner's permission first.
I draw both human and furry characters.
No refunds if the picture is in progress or finished.
I only accept payments with PayPal and I require full payment before I start a picture. (Note me for Paypal e-mail)
Please send me all the necessary details for the commission (number of chars, references, scene, etc)
All prices are in USD $ (United States Dollar)
