Did he already have a weak heart? I mean something he was born with? I am sure its not your friends fault. he shouldn't think like that. That is a hard thing to blame on one self. Could have been multiple factors.

He did. he had an enlarged heart. well i think that's what it was called, but he was in line for a transplant
