I had this happen a week or two ago o_O The phantom submission stayed around for a few days
Eventually, it went away, though~ I'm not sure if I clicked something that made it go away, but I usually click 'select all' and then 'remove selected,' but one day, I just hit 'nuke all' and that might have been what got rid of it, but I'm not sure~

HA, it's gone, had to use check all then remove selected.
