Ok so I tried to reply to everyone, but my eyes hurt and my fingers are numb, so I am making this journal in thanks.
Looking at the suggestions of other payment types that have been thrown out there (thank you guys for that)
My paypal is now disabled, I will ether make a new one in the future or just not, I dunno, I do like my paypal card, but if I get SS I can just use my bank card to pay for things.
If I do commissions in the future I guess I will be doing invoices also you will have to agree to a TOS or something to protect my self, which is sad because most of the peiople who commissions me are amazing.
I will ether pass the info on to
firefly8083 or just have her read the other journal comments.
I will say this, I will not be blackmailed by people, I got scared last night and deleted my first journal, now I could give two fucks because what this guy was trying to do is horrible and I doubt any one will stand by his side if they knew the truth of what he is trying to do.
Again thank you for all the comments and support, just hope we can at least find a way to let firefly8083 to continue to be able to do commissions, she is not just making money for fun, it's for bills, rent, her kids, her life is crap right now and this is not something she deserves.

having a tos is good to have anyways though! then there's no 'but i wanted this!' you can just point to your tos and say 'yeah but you agreed to that'.

I hope you get your payment situation figured out. As was mentioned before, Bitcoin could help, since it has the huge benefit that there's no terms of service. You can use it for whatever and no one can report you for breaking the rules because there are none. :D
First and foremost, though, take the time to take care of your eyes and general health. Can't do anything else without those. Losing my vision is the one thing in life that would scare me the absolute most.
I second the invoice part. I'm starting to do them on my for anything outside of stream commissions.

nonetheless, i'm happy to hear that you seem to have another venue for your finances. hopefully firefly can do the same. more hopefully, i hope that the SS stuff goes through, and soon.

PayPal permits transactions for certain sexually oriented physical goods. Physical goods include videos, DVDs, magazines or other tangible products physically delivered to the customer.
You will need to contact them of course.
I would recommend sending from an email not associated with your account though. Just because Paypal might assume you are already doing this.

However as long as there is not notes in your invoices from the clients saying like "for adult art commission" the person is just blowing smoke, because there is absolutely no way to prove it.
Just because you have a commission done, of adult art work, and received an amount of money in your paypal that would coincide with that art. Does not mean they are one in the same. The money could easily be entirely unrelated and Paypal cannot prove it, nor can this jackass who needs to, well drop-kicked off the grand-canyon.
So, I know I'm late, but its possible nothing will come of it unless her account already got held for it in which case I dunno, I'm just a dummy.
