I've heard of some tablet models that just die suddenly over odd driver issues. No idea why, either. The cure seems to be a software re-installation.

Tried it. The issue with mine unfortunately is that certain areas on the drawing space just dont pick up properly for awhile it was primarily the outer edges. When my pen would hover over it or try to draw a line the entire curser would wiggle around and I would need to adjust where I was drawing to the center of the screen by constantly enlarging or decreasing canvas view percentage and dragging it center.

This was tolerable and a managable issue for awhile but while doing my warm up sketches last night it was doing the same thing near dead center only a little lower than that leaving a very small area for drawing that makes it difficult to draw anything but very short lines.

Sounds like the kinds of issues I've seen in many register signature pads. They either have terrible dead zones that make them so hard to use or become so sensitive, I can hold the pen a foot above the screen and draw squiggly lines. Don't know how the tech works. But, fragile just seems to come with the territory.

Wha tablet was it? If you haven't tossed it out I'd love to take it! See if my step dad can do anything to it o3o I still have the one that crapped out on me after I first moved to Missouri. Imma see if he can do something to it too!

I actually keep all of my old tablets for back ups its like each time one goes on me its not /completely/ ruined and might be useful if something happens to my current one. Also in some cases parts might be able to be reused ect ect.
