Looking for someone to do a company logo

Hey Everyone,
It's me again, your favourite butter/jackelope/magical girl!
A very good friend of mine, I'd suspect he's one of my best friends irl is currently taking a really long Small Business course to start his own tea shop.
At the moment he's in need of someone with graphic design experience to help him design and create a logo for his tea shop.
You will of course be compensated financially for your work (Although I will admit all that discussion is between you and him)
But if you're good with graphic work or know someone who is that wants to make some money then let me know.
Oh yeah, "The only thing I know for certain is that a top hat with a card tucked into the brim with 9¾ on it needs to be part of the logo." <-- As a hint of what kind of something he's looking for, details to be decided with him.
