This round is much like the last one.
The only difference is this round is for fully inked pieces.
I am a stickler for lines so I spend a large amount of time on them.
This being the case, only two slots are open this time.
First come; first served. Same as last round.
And yes, if you entered last time, you may enter again.

Though I'd rather some people who didn't join in first get a slot before I do. I don't want to be unfair. OnO
I will be holding another round of these for flat colors as well in the near future.
