I don't think you should go down with the prices. For example a headshot could become 3$ and that's vey little for maybe a hour of work. o:

I've read tons of journals/articles about this recently. Going too low is not the best move. You already are very very low. You offer art. It's personalized and you needed years of constant work to get there where you are now. Some jobs you don't need qualifications for may pay better. (I haven't worked so far, I don't know for sure.)
