You can use diapers inside a fursuit the same as you use diapers in normal clothing. You can probably wear extra thick diapers inside a fursuit and it would not show on the outside. The fur would hide the padding.

I like the idea of wearing diapers on the outside of a fursuit, but you would need a much larger size than you normally wear, to fit over the fur.
