New site training woes....

So not really woes per say, just.....politics XD this new sites easy, temp id's and a patrol every 3rd hour....but omg...just...politics between the guards and I'm a blabber mouth, nonstop talking, happy go lucky, wanna be teacher soon, who is nice to damn near EVERYONE HE MEETS. I'm so trying my best to guard against these other guards lol. Cannot believe the drama.

Ah, I had similar experiences on a job once. Apparently the drama was so bad that some of the other employees actually got in to physical fights with each other from time to time, but I never knew it because I only dealt with them one-on-one and I was nice to everybody.

Ah dang, yeah pretty sure it won't get physical since all the guys are old gentleman, but damn they gossip and just spit venom
