Gallery and scraps both show up in my inbox the same way, so post them wherever your OCD guides you.

Either works for me, I'm interested in anything you have to say about food and cooking.

Less chance of a mod hassling you if you post to scraps, though.

Actually, yes I do... although it's not in digital format. I suppose i could pull out my old box o'photos and scan in the good ones. I took pictures of all my entries to the Elizabethan Cuisine competition... and then there's the crappy image on my old website from the newspaper doing an article on me.

I prefer Gallery, but Scraps is fine too.

Absolutely! A good peanut sauce doesn't have to be spicy-hot but spicy-flavorful. The Thai red curry paste can be used in smaller doses (it's not as hot as chile sauce, but there is a little heat to it), the chile-garlic sauce can be nixed in favor of just minced garlic and a little soy sauce. There are a slew of recipes out there for peanut sauce, but I'd definitely research what she's sensitive to and *don't* buy store-made sauces.

She would like to see more food by you, I think...
