The firey energies of the sun make us sweat and burns our skin, yet most of us cannot get enough of it. The longest day of the year has come! the trees are strong and green as the wheel turns and we enter the summer solstice! For many, it is a time of energetic transformation bringing forth strong shifts in one's life. This time of year is also called Litha by some, and is the first day of the Summer season. (Sorry for lacking on this one folks! This time of year is very taxing on my energy. ;;)
