Quote and Order forms~

If I could get anyone that's currently got a suit commission with me to submit the appropriate order form (basically anything not a trade right now) that would be super awesome! If they're not filled out in the next couple of days (by this weekend) I'll go through and redo them myself from the info on my original derpy quote/order forms, but I know these forms ask a bunch more stuff than the other ones did that's kinda helpful.
ALSO, ANY FORMS LEFT BLANK (current or future) WILL BE CONSIDERED MAKERS CHOICE and you get what you get!
What each thing comes with, as a quick reference:
Heads : ....Comes with a head!
Simple Partials : Comes with a head, wrist length Handpaws, and a tail. Sleeves are an additional Cost.
Standard Partials : Comes with a head, wrist length Handpaws, ankle length Footpaws, and a tail. Sleeves and legs are an additional Cost.
Fullsuit : Comes with head, wrist length (or attached) Handpaws, ankle length(or attached) Feetpaws, a body suit, and a tail (separate or attached).
Handpaws : Comes with one set of handpaws, wrist length. Sleeves are an additional cost.
Footpaws : Comes with one set of footpaws, ankle length. Leg sleeves are an additional cost.
Tail : ... Tail :D
Sleeves/leg sleeves are not currently offered as a separate item(officially)

If you'd like to get a suit/suit parts from me, or just to do a price check, please fill out the quote form FIRST! Order forms sent in without a quote form first WILL BE IGNORED! Also read my TOS and FAQ, there's a lot of information on them :P

I am ALWAYS open for quotes, and will try to get back to you in a couple days. If it's more than 3 or 4 days since you sent in a quote form and haven't heard back from me, just give me a poke on here (comment/shout/note) and I can go look at it!*I forget to check sometimes*

Foam bases CAN NOW BE QUOTED WITH THE QUOTE FORM! And for orders (after getting a quote) may be submitted on the Head order form (there is a question box for head type for completed, foam base, or foam base with eyes)
