Even more biking

General
I did the 30 mile trip solo today. I didn't intend to go that far. I kept well maybe I'll get to X then turn around a few too many times. Despite leaving at about 5:30pm I managed to get home in good enough to that it was still light out. A lot of deer this go around.
We've been having a lot of ran so its been hard to find a time slot between storms to ride. I did two other 8 mile trips one yesterday and the other last week some time. I ended up taking my time on that trip and picked enough wild black raspberries to make a pie. Unfortunately chiggers. It was a good pie though.
On a side note I need to raise my bike seat and inch. I've noticed my knees move away from the frame to much when I peddle.
Edit:
Did another 30 miles Friday getting a few pictures on the way. There are various amusing signs along the path I got a pictures of all of them. I'll upload them later. I did 37 miles with Wendell Sunday. We went one "town" past where we normally stopped. Our bikes didn't fair as well as we did. He ended up with a punctured inner tube from the steel belt of his tire when we got back into town. My bike seat is cracked and might not have many miles left in it and we noticed My back rim has more of a bend in it now.

Just be safe!
I've got back up plans in place. Half way along it is a National historic park with clean facilities. Actually they modeled it after a prison cell. It serves as a rest stop, watering hole, and a pick up point if I need. Being a Rails to Trails its not that crazy of a ride. Except the fun parts but thats why they are the fun parts. And there are plenty of places roads cross. I also have a co worker the lives on the path. But still it would be better if I wasn't doing it alone.
