Anthrocon Dance Events and Activities Schedule!

here with your update and list for everything going on during AC dance wise!
Sorry about in-activity recently but we're gonna hop back on board!
Just jumping straight into it as always so here's what you need to know!!!
I: Last-Fur-One Presents: Floor Wars
The categories this time are 1v1 Fursuit and 2v2 Nonsuit division.
And it's sure to be one hell of an event. So be sure to stop in and check it out, whether you're competing, waitlisted, or just wanna see some dope ass battles.
All of these rules apply to ALL CONTESTANTS:
Battle Etiquette
We had a few issues at previous events that were brought up by some dancers that we will be making rules. We WILL enforce these rules during this event. Breaking these rules WILL result in disqualification.
*NO TOUCHING YOUR OPPONENT* Use your dancing to do the talking. Burns/Hand Motions are fine. But touching your opponent in any means except for a sportsmanlike handshake or hug is not.
*LET YOUR OPPONENT FINISH* No running out in the middle of your opponent's set until they indicate they are done, or they are counted out by the MC.
*NO EXCESSIVE/EXTREMELY VULGAR INSULTS* We want to keep this a PG-13 maximum rated competition. Not only do the judges NOT like it, your fellow furries won't either.
We will make these rules clear at the beginning of the competition as well to make sure that you all remember. There are NO exceptions to these rules.

To all spectators of the competition. It is GREATLY appreciated if you video tape and post said videos of the competition on sites such as YouTube. This not only helps us get a better view of the event from spectators points of view but also, allows us to look back on the event for future reference.
II: Fursuit Dance Competition
As you all know, probably the biggest fursuit dance comp is Anthrocon's! And it's back again of course.
IV: DancerFurs Cypher
Be sure to keep up to date with the twitter feed while at the con. As announcements and details, especially last minute ones will be posted through out the entire con about this event and all dance involved events. There will likely be many other cyphers besides this one, but this is currently the only one with a planned specific time.
V: Last-Fur-One Dance Workshop
This great and free learning experience is provided to you by LFO! If you ever wanted to get some good in person lessons for dance come on by! There's many different styles to be learned as there are 6 different teachers to choose from!
This panel runs on Friday in the Allegheny Room (Westin Floor 3) 4pm to 5:30 pm!

These videos have been a hit since they began in 2012 so why not check this one out!!!!

Ever wanted to learn that choreography you always see in those amazing kpop videos?
Stop on by to this panel then and learn from Symphony and Skye! They're here to teach you everything you need to know whether you're a beginner or an advanced level dancer!
This panel takes place in the Allegheny room (westin 3) on Friday from 6 to 7 pm
and with everything posted and done, I do really apologize about not being around and updating as often as I should! Thank you all for your patience!

THIS PANEL WILL BE HELD SATURDAY 6pm to 8pm in the Allegheny Room!(Westin Floor 3)
COMPETITORS MUST SHOW UP AT LEAST 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THE PANEL FOR ROLL CALL

ALL RULES AND EXPLANATIONS FOR THE PRELIMINARY PROCESS CAN BE FOUND HERE
Preliminaries are going to be on Friday night in the Allegheny Room (Westin Floor 3) from 7:30 pm to 10:00 pm so all you competitors be prepared! It's going to be an intense challenge!
The finals will be Sunday in the Spirit of Pittsburgh Ballroom (Convention Center) from 1pm to 3pm.

There will sadly not be any official cypher happening this time, but that does not mean there won't be one! They usually end up happening all over the place, especially the very last night. Wanna dance and have an awesome time in a great video from an amazing artist? SheppyMomma is setting up to do a fursuit video!
The Meet up times are 10am and 7:30pm Saturday, July 5th for filming. We have two times available so you have options. You can come to one or both :)
Please Meet in the fursuit/headless lounge outside main ballroom! We will practice for a few minutes and hydrate before we go out to the filming locations.

and in the rules it said our song should be uploaded to the drive which we will get the password later on, when will we get hte password and is this song for hte finals or prelims?
