Ever saw 'meet the spartans'? A rather cheap comic nockoff of 300 XD

I've never really watched it.

Somehow, a movie that pokes fun at a stylized and dramatized account of one of the greatest battles in military history just seems... petty.

XD its playing on the producers attempts...the obvious flaws in the film, to me the battle in 300 is really no different than our battle of Hastings or the Romans :P

Now the defeat of Napolions army, the armardas and trafalgar, theres my fave old battles...now wheres the blue screens? XD

I guess you like it because there were no Strykers then XD

Yeah, the way 300's producers portray the battle, it makes it look as though it was the only time in history that a small unit halted the progress of a bigger foe in a bottleneck. XD

There's already a film about the battle of Waterloo, and it's a classic.

As for the Armada, I believe that film was called, "The Perfect Storm".

I've never heard of a movie about Trafalger, either...

& islam-caliphate domination comes out of Persia.....jus'sayin.

I'm quite sure that at the time of Thermopylae the Persians practiced Polytheism like pretty much the rest of the known world at the time, civilised or not.

300 - don't use it to study for ancient history... but at least the battle scenes are fun.

Hmm... shirt, pants, and armor seem to be MIA...

Well, I did say not to use it for ancient history study. Though I suppose at least the Persian rank-and-file troops look authentic enough...
