Forget everything I said in my last journal - I talked with my parents about how I feel about college plans, and things have been set. To give me more time to figure out what I truly want to do for a job, I'm going to a community college to get the basic credits out of the way while also working my new job. I'm not angry at my parents anymore - in fact, they were supportive of the idea of not jumping into a major right away - all they asked was that I at least get some general ed classes done this year, which is what the community college is for.

Everything's getting Ok now - I'm going to be a college freshman in the fall, I've got a good job that I enjoy a lot, and I've got a family (and a God) that love me more than I'll ever know. Of course, that doesn't mean that I'm not going to give up spending time here on FA - checking out everyone's artwork is still something I enjoy a lot too.
