They really are. Corn flakes covered in crystallized high-fructose corn syrup and sugar. I prefer Golden Crisp.

Not sure what's with all the Tony the Tiger artwork today. I tend to like Fruit Loops, Lucky Charms and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. there's a few others but meh. . . too many to really list.
