in the mood for the drawing of the pornings, but every idea seems so unoriginal or "been done by better".

Maybe a few guys comparing sizes, except most of them are hyper and one of them is ridiculously tiny. (Or vice versa.) This could easily be combined with incest or cuckolding (or both) if you had the inkling.
Don't know if that holds any appeal, but I thought I'd throw it out there! Lots of people do hyper, but not too many people contrast it with the opposite extreme.
I'd love to see you work more with fabric; clothes stretching around bulges, how inflated bellies/tits/butts make different shirts and pants bend or thin out
After seeing the Theo commish, I think you'd do wonderful things with hyper+tight clothes, especially with your knack for femme boys
