Fundraiser for a friend's fallen teammate

Hey everyone,
I’m participating in an event taking place on August 2nd called the “Jordan Boyd Celebrity Hockey Challenge”. Jordan Boyd was a former teammate of mine, who suddenly collapsed on the ice while training at a QMJHL camp almost a year ago and sadly passed away at the young age of 16. The event consists of fundraising for the Jordan Boyd Leadership Award (which is a scholarship that I was a recipient of), as well as for the Heart and Stroke Foundation. For each team to participate, they need to raise $5000. I kindly ask anyone who is able, to sponsor me through this event. Even if it’s just a small amount, I truly appreciate every donation that comes to me.
