Please read fully before commissioning me
Age Restriction:
By commissioning me, you are pledging that you are at least 18 years of age.
Deposit
I ask for a 40% deposit before I begin any work. This covers the cost of supplies, reserves you a spot on my commissions list, and is NON REFUNDABLE. This deposit is through paypal.
Payments
I do take payments, though paypal, and they are at the commissioner’s pace, though, keep in mind, the final product will NOT be delivered before it is paid off in full.
Note: When sending payment through paypal, select the “Goods” option. If you select any other option, the payment will be returned to you and you must resend it as “Goods.”
Quotes
I do not charge for quotes. Quotes are discussed privately between myself and the customer, and are good only at the time they are given. If you receive a quote, then decide not to get the suit for another month or year, the quote will no longer be valid by that time.
References
I require references! To give an accurate quote, and to make an accurate portrayal of your character, I require a front/back, full color, updated reference. You are welcome to use free line art for this, I just need to know what your character looks like!
DTDs/Measurements
For any suit I require measurements for the head, along with hand tracings for handpaws, and supplied shoes (or shoe sizes) for foot paws.
For any part of the suit that goes over your body, I require a DTD (duct tape dummy). This is for armsleeves, legs, and fullsuits. MixedCandy has a great tutorial on how to do a DTD. If a DTD is required and you are unable to supply one, I will refuse your commission. DTDs are very important.
Communication
I do not tend to send weekly updates, as I am working on many things at once, along with the fact that, often, you cannot tell many changes until the product is complete. If you message me, however, I will send you progress pictures. I am able to be reached through FA. I do not Skype with commissioners.
If a commissioner has been out of contact for more than six (6) months, the commission will be cancelled.
Cancellations
You may cancel your commission at any time; however, if you have given the deposit, that will not be returned, and any payment you’ve made may not be able to be refunded, depending on the progress of the piece. I also reserve the right to cancel a commission, with due notice, if the commissioner has become rude, inappropriate, or threatening. The pieces that I have completed at the time of cancellation will be sold by myself, with alterations so as to not copy the character, in an attempt to recoup any losses.
I will not cancel without notice or reason!
Allergies
All products are made in a house that has pets (cats and dogs), though all pieces are kept away from these animals, there can be no guarantee that there will be no contact. If you have a mild allergy, there should be no problem, but if your allergies are very severe, I’d recommend a different maker.
If you have other allergy concerns, please let me know.
Deadlines
Any deadlines are ESTIMATES, not for sure dates. The creation of fursuits takes time, along with the ordering of supplies. Please let me know any deadlines before commissioning me.
Warranty
All parts sold have a 90 day warranty on them; this means that within 90 days, I will do repairs for no cost. Customer pays for shipping, but the repair itself is no cost.
Shipping
Shipping is through USPS and the customer is responsible for all fees and costs of shipping. Shipping outside of the US is expensive, and the customer will be responsible for paying customs costs.
Disclaimer
The customer and wearer of the suit is fully responsible for practicing safety and maintaining their health while in suit. I assume no responsibility or liability for any damage done as a byproduct of misusing my products.
