I have a internet species that I would love to see come to life that use neon colors and other bright colors like that

I definitely think you should leave out the pink if you go with the blues and a bit of yellow, but thats just my opinion.
I do agree with DaibaHito that they would make a nice otter. Perhaps a strangely colored alligator?

Maybe not all the colours, but dark blue and pink would work fine together.
