So, as it stands, I am in dire need of cash as I am currently still job-hunting, and low on funds.

My roommate works full time, but has medical expenses to cover with regards to transitioning. As such, we need help with this and next month's bills, if possible. I don't really like having to depend on others for support, but it's simply a necessity at this point; I don't want either of us to end up on the streets.

I have, however, had a few call backs for interviews in the last day or so, and as such, my prospects are much higher now than they have been in months. Still, even if I'm hired immediately (as in, within this week), it will still take time to get our financial situation sorted out.

Really, even a single dollar helps us out a ton. If the Internet can raise almost $40,000 for potato salad, surely some of you can help us out with some of our basic needs.
