think he's also mad at me because I won't date him. i barely know the guy. yes we've been talking on and off for a YEAR but its been like oh we talk one month then the next four we don't
that don't sound like he seriously want to date. You don't talk for one month then go away for four months. 4 months is a long time and a lot could happened between that :/ . and it been year and you still barely know him. In a year you should almost know everything about the person.

EXACTLY, i can't always respond right away to some people. but i always try to respond to people when i can. and HE is the one that said he was done talking to me not the other way aroud
