About My German Shepherd That I Might Have To Put Down :(

Very day night for me.
I got home and my shepherd was laying down in the grass in her kennel. I called for her and she started to move but couldn't get up and started to whine and whimper. I when over to her and when I picking her up to stand on her legs and she started to yelp out of pain. I got her standing up and then she fell back down and i started to cry. If She is not better by tomorrow morning (July 18, 2014) I'm going to have to let her go something I really don't what to do again.

when i took me shep in for a check up for her yearly on saturday july 5, 2014 she was walking round just not the best. this morning she was walking some too. just went down hill fast sometime before i got home from work. i hope shes better when i wake up but ill see
