What error are you getting?
Did you make sure the file size is under 10 MB?
MP3 tends to work best...

I was just trying to upload a .wav file and it wouldn't even play. xD And goodie I'll need to find a way to get my Audacity's MP3 export to work properly. x) Thanks man!

Ah, for Wav's,try clicking"Download" Playing Wavs online in FA gets ODD. Like, almost never works odd.

10MB limit upload and works best with MP3 files. If you're uploading big files, go with Dropbox or Youtube for example.
But if it's not that, double check the spelling of the file, if too long named or missing .mp3 FA will see the file as broken and will not work.

If you're adding a thumbnail, sometimes it's the image's fault. If it's doing the thing where it uploads, but then just boots you back to the submission type menu with no explanation, try uploading it without a thumbnail. The reason it's booting you out is because one of these is over the limit. Even though it says that the image will be scaled down, you should still make it the exact size it says anyway, just to be sure.

If you're still having issues, then I really don't know. FA's kind of bonkers sometimes.
