I have original cels from Fox and the Hound I often wonder about selling.

I wish in the late 90s when I made a lot of money, I bought all the Wiley Coyote Cells I wanted.

I would get the cel's appraised if you're thinking of selling (though this can be a bit tough to find a good appraiser for this kind of artwork).

A good place to start, though, maybe looking at professional galleries that sell on a regular basis. Here's on I often just look through:

There are also cartoon museum's (perhaps loan out for display is an option). I know there's one in San Francisco, CA, called "The Cartoon Art Museum", and the "Disney Family Museum" in the Presideo of San Francisco too.

I think you may have some options, but from what I understand animation art is a fluctuating market.

Me.. if I had more money I'd be purchasing as many originals of "The Jungle Book" and "The Lion King" as I could get my paws on... but some of those sell into the Thousands of dollars range.
