Ima share a story. So i work at a retail store but as an assitant so overall it is a good job with really amazing pay really. But sometimes crazy things happen lol. And we had a person get in a fight with a hot headed customer. By the time i was over there it was bad, so anyway today we let her go. Which was whatev she got upset of course and when i went with her to empty her locker she said i should of taken her word because i have a vagina instead of following the words of a man. LAWL i told her i had input on the decision and we chose what was best for the situation. Then i got told that i will never get another job once im fired. Like wow threat much? How about no cause the manager says im good at the job even though im new i have jumped onto all the directions and compliance. Idk it was awkward and weird and oddly funny thou. Never have i been told to take someones side due to the fact i have lady biz down there.
