Terms of Service ~ Commissioned Artwork

Be aware that when you commission me to create a piece of artwork for you, you are agreeing to this TOS. Please read these terms before commissioning me! I reserve the right to reject your commission if it is clear that you have not read this.
☆ Payment ☆
-I accept $USD via PayPal only.
-I will invoice you via PayPal; you do not send payment to me until I have sent you an invoice. I will refund you if you send me payment any way aside from paying my invoice.
-I will not begin work until I have received payment in full.
-I will issue a refund if I cancel the commission, or if you cancel the commission prior to work beginning (minus Paypal fees). Once I have begun work on the commission I will not refund you.
☆ Copyright and Usage ☆
-I retain full copyright over my work. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to reproduce the image, distribute it (posting on other websites) and using it as a piece in my portfolio/for self-promotion.
-I will not reproduce a commissioned image for commercial purposes without negotiating with the commissioner.
-As the commissioner, you have the right to use the commissioned image for personal purposes, such as cropping, resizing, using as an icon, sig image, reference image, wallpapers, etc.
-As the commissioner, you may not use the image for commercial purposes without first consulting with me and negotiating royalty fees.
-You may re-upload the image elsewhere as long as I am credited as the artist and a link back to my gallery is provided.
-If you would like the commission to be private (not posted anywhere outside of being directly sent to you), please let me know and I will honor this.
☆ Process ☆
-Once I have confirmed receipt of payment I will begin work.
-I will send the finished work to you for your approval. I will allow one round of changes at no additional charge. Any further changes will incur a charge of $5 each. Any change that is a result of my own mistake will be no additional charge.
I reserve the right to edit these terms at any time and to any extent without notice. I reserve the right to make exceptions to these terms at my own discretion.
