So I've been living with a friend for approximately 2 or 3 months. He had a previous roommate that skipped out on her rent and has been appropriately evicted. So now, my friend (namely his parents) are suing her for the lost rent. That bitch tried covering her ass by claiming that I "agreed to testify in court that she was paying her rent". Of course she has tainted my impression on my friend's parents... I NEVER would agree to such a thing and it shames me that I was dragged into this even though it has nothing to do with me.
...I've only ever had two dialogues (not even real convos imo...) with her. Once, I hardly remember it but I think it was some insignificant small talk about a tv show. The other time was she was trying to get me to drive her to DC to help her get her car towed because she lost her keys at a club. And the second "conversation" was bs anyway because she ended up asking if I could take her to the train station instead since I had class and when I was ready and waiting she never showed up. At that point I was like "fuck that" and went to class <.<
So... in truth, I would never do a courtesy for her because even when I would she has no concern for the person helping her.. If you're that kinda person, you can fuck off. Especially when the issue is between a person I really don't care for or respect (this girl) and one of my closest friends. My friends and family come before anyone, especially scum that drag others down with them.

If my parents heard about this, they'd say "Liars have their place in hell...", which seems to be one of the cases of this person.

What I feel is particularly wrong about this situation is simply she had no right to drag me into this and she knew that I wouldn't betray my friend with such a obvious lie. And she didn't know that... then she's dumber than I give her credit for... which wouldn't surprise me <.< In the end, she discredited me and shamed me by telling this lie.
But yes, I'm hoping this all gets resolved and I don't have to be involved in it anymore than I have already been. *hugs* My friend said he's handling it, and I made sure to get him to tell his parents that I am not involved in this. If all goes as it should from now on, I shouldn't have to be involved with this at all.
